- License Assignment: Digital licenses are considered delivered once assigned to the user's account. Standard refund rights do not apply after assignment.
- Refunds and Exchanges: If a license is incorrectly assigned or there is a technical issue, users must contact support within 7 days of purchase. Approved requests result in either a corrected license assignment or a full refund.
